Hey there dear friend of LRT,
I write this with a cat on my chest. Mandy, our beloved Head of Softness, reminding me to go slow. In moments of overwhelm, I feel very grateful for this anchoring that brings me back into my senses and the present moment.
In the last few weeks, Elena and I have been getting on with some LRT admin – the mundane but necessary nuts and bolts of keeping a small business going. We’ve been having some chats about how we can support each other on this journey. I’m very grateful for them.

My fundraiser for a book about holding suicidality in community
This is a bit of an odd one to share, and a bit of a vulnerable one. I’m fundraising to write a book about the ways me and my loved ones have supported each other through suicidality. At various points in my life, I wish I’d had more to read about suicide, which is why I’m hoping to create a resource that will be useful. A wonderful friend of the shop pointed out recently that those pesky Gremlins have been at it again, and Living Altar wasn’t showing as available on our website. We’ve fixed the issue now – A queer map of nature’s rhythms, and an oracle deck of magical resistance for the radical witch. Have a look here if you like the sound of it.
