Description
A 78-card tarot deck rooted in life, death, and gold, created by Toronto-based artist Amrit Brar. Drawing references from anatomy, nature, and distinctly Punjabi imagery, the Marigold Tarot is peopled with skeletons; symbolising commitment to the eternal. The gold, an auspicious and divine metal, reflects clear intentions.
The deck contains 78 tarot cards illustrated throughout with metallic gold ink. Card stock is a high quality 310GSM black-core, linen finish playing card stock. The ‘gilded gold’ edition with shining gold card edging, whilst the ‘classic’ edition is matte black.
Presented in a sturdy two-piece keepsake box along with a mini guidebook with key words for each of the cards. The Marigold Tarot is based on the Rider-Waite-Smith tradition and can be used with most tarot guidebooks.
A hardback guidebook to the symbolism of the illustrations is available separately.
