Description

This deck is the heart- and brain-child of Scottish artist Katrin Blackwater. It reworks the original Rider-Waite-Smith designs to offer an untamed queer feminist angle through which to interpret the tarot. The cards are filled with empowered wild witches in touch with their magic and their sexuality, who know their strength and live it: the kind of characters who support the courage to be bold, take up space, and, most importantly, to know their own power.

• 78 Tarot cards (22 Major Arcana, 56 Minor Arcana), plus three companion reference cards to allow for intuitive reading. Card backs are reversible.
• Lovely black matte 350gsm tuck flap box with a white ink letter-press design.
• Deck is printed on 400gsm card stock and protected by matte, anti-scuff laminate.
• Cards measure 70mm x 120mm.
• Responsible Printing – Generation Press, a print house based in Brighton, printed the deck on FSC accredited/carbon balanced paper with veggie inks.
