These tinctures are made in small batches from herbs grown in my beloved big Machynlleth garden. I use organic grain alcohol at the correct strength for each plant to create practitioner-grade extracts.

Portal is an invitation to your subconscious. Using herbs traditionally associated with magic and the otherworld, this blend can support clarity in dreams, and in remembering them later. Wood betony is a gentle relaxant, as is vervain – also a revered herb of the druids. And most of us are familiar with mugwort’s affinity for the dream state.

Directions: Take 1-2 tsp in a little water before bed.
